How to align headlights!!!!

Does anyone know how to align our headlights, my passenger side low beam is way off....it's basically aimed at the floor... i tried doing it under warranty but there was only a 1yr/12,000 limit.
any help would be appreciated

I found that little do hickie the other day, but could not figure out how to get it to adjust.

If you look at back part of the headlamp..
Below low beam section..
There is silver round knot with little teeth.....
Just turn that left or right it'll slide up and down, vetically...
