Here is some info I posted on albertacelicas.org:
"I got my front directly from Carcept in Belgium last fall. There were no North American suppliers at the time, so I ended up paying an arm and a leg for it ($250 US for the front + $200 US for shipping from Europe + taxes + $100 Can for brokerage fees). I have just purchased the side skirts and getting them put on today and tomorrow.
So here is the story. There are two suppliers in North America that sell the kit. You can buy it in pieces. Both suppliers are in Canada and both are in Ontario. There are however two kit manufacturers - Carcept and Carzone.
From what I have been able to find out, they used to be partners. They had a copyright disagreement, or something, and are now going through legal proceedings. At first I was concerned regarding the quality of the kits sold by Carzone, thinking that it was a cheap copy. I spent a bout a month e-mailing both to Carzone

From the pavement up to the bottom of the lip, or the actual height of the lip?
Don't bother e-mailing to Carcept. They will tell you to deal with their North American distributor directly, if they even get back to you. So call the number I provided.
As far as RPM labs, their head guy is a member on this board and you are better off dealing with him. He responds faster. Do a search for RPM labs and pm him. They used to be a sponsor, but have not seen them post in a while.

I'm also interested in the heighth of the lip. Floor to bottom of lip is ok is you specify your suspension drop (if you have it).
Perfect would be: how closer to the ground dors the front get with the carcept addition.

The bottom of the lip is just over4.5 inches off the ground, and the actual skirt is 5 inches tall at on the side of the car by the wheel well. Stock springs. Pretty low. I do not believe I will be lowering my car.
