Ive had Farmers for years and when something happens they have really hooked me up. My stereo got jacked and I had no reciepts or anything. I called my adjuster and she told me to go pick out a knew unit as long as it was a "reasonable" price. I left the store with a pretty good Alpine deck (which was far better than my old one). My premium is slighly higher than other companies, but to me its worth it. If I were you I'd go back to Farmers

You need to just get the yellow pages out and start calling like crazy. I'd recommend getting a copy of your drivers record from the state.....
Progressive is pretty cheap.....................................

u dont need ur driving record info on paper - they check what you told them themselves, and it they see something other than what you told them, your next month's insurance will be higher... ;-)

Well that's true, but it's really nice to know , IF YOU DON'T because you have to be honest, because like you said, they will check.
Heres' the thing. stuff starts dropping off the record that YOU and them can see.
Check this out. I've had about 8-10 tickets... yes that's right, but here's the thing.
In ND where I got all of them, the only one's that show up on yoru "public" record ( the one ins companies can see/get) are the one's that are 10-15 over teh speed limit. I had like 2-3 tickets of that "stature" :chuckles: . So guess what I tell the insurance company? 2-3. can you freaking imagine if I told them 8-10??????
It's really a good thing to know your public record sometimes. Go to your state's DMV website. do a search on google for it, and they HAVE TO GIVE YOU A COPY ... they might charge a small fee , but they have to give it to you.

I got State Farm. $600 every sixth months. I am 20 with a clean record. What do you have? GT or GT-S? Theres a difference, so knowing would help me guess-timate a quote for you.

Full coverage with I guess the regular stuff. I just went with what the agent recommended on all those level things you gotta choose. My deductible is $500. I pay $100 every month, but that's just my preference. I think the GT should be about where I sit. Your car is new, but my car is a turbo, so I would think the difference wouldn't be that much. I know the GT-S is quite a bit more expensive, like $500 more then my Supra every 6, at least that was according to esurance. Their prices stink. Online they quoted me over $1,000 every 6. I thought that was the normal price for a guy my age, but the State Farm guy blew me away with how much cheaper they were.

I use Geico its like $430 for 6 months full coverage on my 02 GT..
But with Geico you pay 4 months for every 6 months coverage so its still $100 some a month, but you get 2 months break before it starts again.
I'm 19 with a clean record..well I had one ticket but they said they couldn't find it on my record.
