how do u get it off??? i unfastened the 4 washers that were holding the 4 bolts down and disconnected the 3rd brake light wire harness but there seems to be more wires that require cutting?? and the darn thing still wont budge... any ideas? a walkthrough would be nice :) thanks in advance

lol... i had no idea... so if i disconenct the wiring harness to to the trd wing it will automatically light up the 3rd brake light?

you gotta take off the cover first....you know...that black thing covering the 3rd brake light...

i think it already lights up...but your brake light cover is covering it up...just my .02

i don't have that wing nor do i have any idea how to do this...it's just a guess.....

actually you have to rewire the connector at the top of the hatch via the instructions

There are actually only two bolts per side. The other two are like push rivets to keep the thing centered, kinda like what holds down the interior plastics. You need to remove the plastic in the hatch, undo the foure nuts, undo the wiring connector for the light, then pull the wing off. There will be some resistance. I'd suggest removing the center section first.

Also it it will be hard to take off becuase there is stickey tape on the bottom side of the spoiler

the stock thrid brake light does not work if you got the action package. you will have to rewire it.
