The first one is a genuine Toyota concept that was created IN AMERICA... Designed by an American exec if I remember correctly. (See SUpercars.net, but don't bother with their forums... Most of the posters are asses anyways)
Personally, I wouldn't mind having the convertible... SPort compact credentials, pickup truck practicality, and that flat bed actually has seats (kinda like a convertible in the back).

P.S. The projector headlamps look AWESOME
