These guys are pretty cool. Took my car in for servicing and told them to check out my belt tensioner cuz of the morning/cold start squeak. even tho it wasnt squeaking when i took it in, they were aware of the problem when i told them there was a TSB and it was fully covered under warranty. no hassles. got a new belt tensioner assembly, and belt. im surprised they had it in stock. no more squeak, and that rattle when i release the clutch is gone.
They didnt offer me a loaner (which i coulda got free if i called my sales guy) but they made sure i had a ride, or needed to catch the servco shuttle. i jus walked home cuz i needed the exercise. i was fully expecting to get the runaround to avoid extra work on their part but it was smooth. they weren't kissing my ass like i bet the lexus guys do, but decent enough. Scott,
This was the place I was telling you I go to @ that night @ Ed's warehouse. The guys are really great. If you want an appointment, you may want to make one ASAP! They tend to be booked and it usually takes about a month to get in after you call.

James was saying Motor Imports was the place to go... right up until the point they spilled paint all over his car. ;)

So you took your car in lowered and they didn't hassle you about the warranty?
Hey guys...have any of you noticed the rotten egg smell from your car after you've driven up a hill or some kind of incline? I think my car might be running a little rich. Usually you don't smell the egg until your cat hits about 50K.

Could your car fit on a rack with the car so low?
Jon - no I don't have that problem at all.
