TOW TRUCK hit my car

I was at a bakers square parking lot, getting ready to pull out, and i see a huge ass tow truck making a left turn in front of me, so i wait for the thing to get out, but then he starts coming at me, not front to front, but kinda like in an angle, at first i think hes gonna clear me, but then all of the sudden he starts shooting his side right in the front of my car, i quickly try to shift in reverse, but it was too late, the phuker took out my front bumber just pulled it out, huge deep scrach on the front hood, and scratched badly left headlight, and a little bit of the left fender by the wheel.
he comes out of his truck saying " im sorry i didnt see u"

so im looking for replacements parts, of course.
I already had ordered a full body kit last monday, that will get here by friday, so the front bumber is taken care of.
so now what im looking for is :

FRONT HOOD .. maybe a cf? anybody know where i can buy one. or maybe someones got a spare one laying around willing to sell me one?

LEFT HEADLIGHT - im guessing the only place i can find that is at the dealer..right?

left fender .. dealer too?

isn't his insurance paying for it? get a high ass price from the dealer for ALL the replacements(OEM parts are usually much more expensive than aftermarket) and labor to fix it, then use that money to buy aftermarket parts and install them yourself...as long as there is no mechanical damage
