OK,
i was interested in the RH Evolution D6000's. I don't know if i want to go 17 or 18. Or what the width means or why that matters, or what width i should get. What tires to get, and most importantly, where i can get them the cheapest, either online or local.
Any help would be appreciated!

17's or 18's
Do you care about performance? Cost of the rim? Cost of tires? Ride quality?
Width
Do you mean width of the rim? Or do you mean offset?
Tires
What price range? For what type of driving? Do you care about performance in wet or snow conditions?
Lowest price
Do the research yourself. Here's a start: tirerack.com,whalentire.com, tires.com

i probably want 18's because they look so much better. i don't know how much performance i'm really losing over stock though.
i want to stay around 1500 i guess for everything (or less!) but that just all depends, i haven't really decided yet.
i want good ride quality of course. i want the best possible really. quiet ride is also extremely important.

yeah, offset. what does that mean, what size do i need? i don't get that whole thing.

i live in florida, so it never snows, but it rains a ton. i want the quietest tires probably more than anything. performance as far as handling and all is important too of course. i don't really race and if i went to the track i'd probably put my gts rims back on. so they have to be good but not like for track use.

For looks, you really should go with the 18's. There will be more harsh ride with 18's compared to 17's, though. 18's would also be more expensive.
For the offset, do a search of the forum for "offset" and you will find a number of posts on this topic. I recall that this question has been asked before.
You can probably get them cheaper online, but you always feel more comfortable if you buy them locally - so you can go back to ask questions or if you have problems.
For tires, if you want a good value tire that handles very well in the wet and is quiet - try the Kumho 712's.
Hope this helps.
