Fren bought 03 celica gts

well not my fren but my frenz sisters BF. he knew the sales rep and he got a manual gts for 21,100. its w/o moonroof/sunroof and w/o action package. he has everythign else includign HIDs.
Well i hope to get mine soon ...........LOL.......... ever since i been on this board( 2 years) i have been saying i will get one soon but i think this time i mean it. I actually have a decent job($10hr) instead of minimun wage like when i worked for mcdonalds and longs........hye u gotta start somewhere. Well the gts i want is manual but i want a power moonroof. My dad owns a auto shop so he knows someone in toyota so i am pretty sure i can get a good deal probably lookin at 22k for a moonroof package maybe but the basic model is good enough for my as long as it comes with HIDs and the basics like power everything.

nice, ya im planning to get mine for about 21,500 before tax, gt-s 6spd(moonroof, 16"rims, and spoiler)

how'd you go about doing that i want a 6Spd with moonroof and rims nothing else, and i cant get it for 21,100.....

hmm i thought the gts comes standard with spoiler and rims.. so its automatically included in the mark up price.

hmm, not sure bout that one, but the way i figured out my totals was by going through www.kbb.com correct me if im wrong, but although most cars on the lot have the spoilers, when u special order it u count it as one of the options.

strange that they had a model without those options... usually the car comes with the moonroof and the spoiler as if they were not even accesories.

:werd: I went to a dealership and was looking at GT-S's and the guy said that he has never seen a GT-S without the sunroof. Same goes for leather.

ok.. when u get the 16 inch rims, spoiler , etc. it all comes in a package. i posted it a lil while ago it's like a 3200 package for the 03s, it includes spoiler, moonroof, leather, hid, 16inch, abs, and a few other ones i can't remember. you order it as a package, not sepearate unless you special order

EVEY time i saw a GT-S it was DECKED out with everything. The only differance i saw was auto/or manual, and if it had leather seats or not. Everyone i saw at toyota of dallas had the side protection gaurds! They are kinda cool , and saves your butt on the door dings! It has grown on me

exactly, im not getting leather, abs and probably not getting hids... so thats why im special ordering it... and in respect to leather, when u special order it im pretty sure u have to count it as an option.. im gonna do aftermarket 2tone leather later.. prolly run just alittle more than it costs for the car to come with it...not sure yet though.

well he did get the gts w/o moonroof... He called in to see if they had one w/o one........... dunno how long it took but he got it. he didn't order it he jsu tcalled dealers to see wat they had.
