Are you on a hill or something? If my car ran 15.1 with gtech, that means I can be well in the 14's? lol. yea right. 15.1 was when my car was stock.

gtech is not accurate unless it's a flat road

Gtechs are far from accurate for recording 1/4 times..its decent for getting difference in power or times when you add mods but not really good for a baseline..

Agreed. About all its good for is comparing numbers given by the same Gtech on the same stretch of road.

You'd probably be better off using a stopwatch than using a GTech. About the only thing a GTech is good for is measuring the difference from one mod to the next.

hey larry, so what do you think about the GST? If you had the choice and money wasnt an issue would you bet on the GST or the GTS in a race? And overall what do you think about both cars? im thinking about getting one for the 4 years im down at college and then getting something better once I get out.

both cars are great in different aspects.. cant really say if money wasnt an issue.. cuz if money wasnt an issue i wouldnt driving either :)
but mod for mod the Eclipse will tear apart a Celica in a race.. but the Celica is soo fun to drive just cuz of the way the car is.. hard to explain :)

I ran a 15.4 @ 98 mph with a Gtech. My Friend with an S2000 runs 14.1 @ 100 mph so I don't know what the hell is going on with the GTECH its just can't be accurate all the time I guess but the S2000 was pretty close to Car mag stats. Its just to much trouble finding a strech of road to stop and level it out and then etc........
