how do u get the tire jack out? i tried and couldnt get it out.

I'm going to assume that the jack is stored in the Celica the same way it is in my car. You have to turn to turn the end (rotating screw-like thing) of the jack like you would if you were lowering the car. I forget which way that is, but the jack should get smaller (height-wise) and you can get it out. To replace it, put it back where it was and turn the screw thing the other way to extend the jack until it will hold itself in place.

Again, just a guess.
