what is the difference between:
18X7.5 5-100 35OM
and
18X7.5 5-100 45OM

what do the 350 and 450 M stand for and which is better for our cars?

35mm offset and 45mm offset, I'd go with the 35mm myself.

Not sure why they are listed as "350" and "450"

Maybe, but the 35 would fit and look better.
