Well, after a total of 6 hours(3 hours wed and three hours last night), I finnaly replaced my lower tranny crossmember(After I smashed it on a rock)..Im telling you people, this thing is FUN!!! Really through, Ive done faster engine/tranny swaps in old chevys.
You have to pull out both lower motor mounts to get this thing out, which doesnt sound bad...but there is no room what-so-ever to get the rear motor mount off..As I said, a full 6hours...its only like 10 bolts!!
Well, it was a pain in the ass, but at least I know why the dealer wanted an arm and a leg to change it.
Im glad to be on the road again...:eek:
