Strange Click after starting car?

Ok, my car has done this sence it was new..Every time I start my, the minute I start to move, it makes a little tick, like a relay of some kind or solionoid clicking on..Only happens on the fist gas given after it starts..I think its normal, but does anyone know what this is?

I have (2) possibilities:

1. Is it your Daytime Running Light relay closing?
2. Are you brakes sticking to the rotors (due to moisture), then breaking free when you begin to roll?

These are the only items that I could think of.
