View Full Version : Hey! I won $50! Now how do I spend it?

Yup, thought it would never happen to me, but I won 50 big ones on the top of a soda bottle....
So, I am determined to spend it on the car... just not sure what.
I know I could get reverse indiglows...or a pedal set, or new headlights....
What do you guys think? Any more ideas? Opinions?

Um, save it for gas money for the next month...

You can't buy anything good for $50 for your car...

you could put it towards a set of TRD springs, or coilovers, cause your ride needs dropped...you can get cheap springs ans crap on ebay, but you have to be careful when it comes to quailty, stay away from VIS coilovers IMO for our celis...or get Blue Batmobile's hood vinal kit...that he makes to go down the center of the hood, hoodscoop, and part of the front bumper, that is like $30-$40 and it is a very simple but noticable appearance mod...you could put $ toward a cheap and probably ugly set of altezzas....i dono, those are my ideas, check ebay too, strut car, c-one hoodscoop are all ideas, hope this helps, Tim

You can buy some neon sticks for your footwells. $20 each stick. Looks good when done. Maybe its rice, but i think its only rice if you actually plug them into your cig. lighter, or if you dont do a good job on hiding the sticks.

Nudie bar would be nice... but its coming in the mail as a $50visa card.....so I dunno how well that would work. I already have the footwell neons.....and my TRD springs are sitting in the basement awaiting install... whatever I get must be purchased with visa... so it looks like I might go with the reverse indiglows, or headlight, but I probably cannot get fog lights anddriving light for 50.... so reverse indiglows may be it.

$50 gauges?? never seen em.... Blue Bat does make some nice vinyl stuff that doesn't look bad. I'd either go with a bit of Bat's vinyl or some new bulb setup. There aint much to be had for our cars for only $50...Pedals might fall in or around &50 buck but most people like the more expensive ones...

yeah man, lucky you, you should probably keep that money for GAS money.......since gas is going to be jacked up......2 and 1/2 tankfulls.....;)
