My Celica is 14 months old. A couple of months ago I noticed condensation in one of the headlights. My Toyota dealer replaced it. Now I notice that there is condensation in both headlights. This happens when it rains, and it rains a lot here.
I'm very curious as to the number of people seeing this same problem.
Regards.

Yea it happens to me too but not when it rains. It only happens when I wash my car so maybe the pressure on the hose I use to too high. I am pretty sure this happens to every car over time. :(

Loves2Rev, thank you for your response - but should this be occur with relatively new cars?

i've got the same problem whenever I wash my car.. if you notice in my sig, you can see the condensation. kinda sucks, but i'm too lazy to go to the dealer about it. i figure they'll just blame it on my "aftermarket" bulbs, or that I didn't install the bulbs correctly.

I really don't think that it should happen to cars so new but what can you really do. The dealer will replace it once or twice (might not even replace it, maybe they just take it out and dry it, i mean they can't have that many spare celica lights back there). but eventually it'll just become a hassle. I really wonder if there is a crack somewhere or if the adhesive is just weak. Maybe you could just take the bulb out and blow dry the suckers, thats what i've been thinking about doing. Or stick that thing into the oven at low temps to seal it better.
Like with many things in life... i guess we just have to deal with it.
