Some interesting Bad/Good news...

well.. I guess the bad goes before the good.. (cause and effect)

well.. my civic will be out of commission for a few weeks at least... need to save lots of money... its got low compression on the 4th cylinder (Im pretty sure it always did) 125psi to be exact... compared to 195-200 for the other three... so... it will be outta commission...

For rods, pistons, and MAYBE resleeving... I dono yet... but, I do know this... when it comes back... if it stays turbo.. it might be goin for the 12s

I dont think so... I started the car last sat. and it sounded fine... never really got on it... then on my way to work... (I went to the mall for a sec first) it just started to sound funny...

I think that a ring landing is broke on that cylinder... I think I needed to retard timing a little more... oops..

APR head studs
Polished and fully balanced crank with opened oil ports
Eagle Rods
Ross 9.5:1 forged pistons
Block Guard
550cc injectors
2.5inch downpipe
ported turbo manifold
J&S Knock Sensor
Hondata or AEM EMS (why stop at 12psi?)
all this on a B17 (keeping my B16 for a backup)

You should be doing 11's with that.....well with slicks.....Good..! Youll be pushing close to 350whp or more....
