Yes, there are differences in the shapes of some of the intakes in order to fit the auto or six speed. I know that Injen used to have different intakes for the auto and 6-speed, but have now switched to a single universal intake that works for both. So if you have a new injen you should be alright. What kind of intake do you have?

Chameleon,
Right now I dont have one. The reason i asked is to know whether to hold out till i get the GTS or buy one now and then swap it when i get the new one.

OK, in that case you will be safe with any short ram, they will all fit the auto and manual. If you want a CAI, I am positive that Injen fits both but I am not sure about AEM, PHR, or any other CAI's. Injen is considered by most peeps here to be the best intake anyway:)

Thanx for the help chameleon.
One last question while i got your ear. Ive read on a thread that the altezzas dont fit, and some people had to cut, to get em in. Do you know anything about that??

Sorry vegeta irie, I don't have altezzas on my Celica so I cant directly comment on their fitment.:(

From the many posts I have read in regards to altezza's, I do know that the APC altezza's are a very poor fitting, low quality product. So you should probably look into a different company other than APC.

I would suggest starting a new thread in the mods forum asking people what the highest quality tail light is. I'm sure that you will get many helpful responses from peeps who have them on their car.;)
