Let's hope it's valid.
Here's anote I got from my mechanic, regarding my intake:
"Warranty will be void if any high peformance parts or any non-OEM part there is and air filter case removed with replacement that will void warranty, if any indication of beaten on or excessive power clutching will void any kind of warranty."
THis may not be your case, but transmissions shops stand by that statement.

the clutch was funny from a week or so... when i shift at high rpms it wouldn't connect right away... but it got warmed up it went back to normal... the other night i took it for a ride, and i was cruising on the highway and realised 4, 5 6th were ded and then i realised the clutch was ded when it wouldn't speed up on even if the revs went up and down... later on i stopped to check it out and obviously it smelled like burn clutch pretty badly, and was barely able to get home...
the warranty shouldn't be void since the clutch has nutn to do wit the airfilter, the exhaust or S-AFC... how much is a stock clutch or should i take advantage to upgrade or TRD since im going to japan tommorow... argh but hate compatibility issues with the euro 6spd and the ss-1 5spd and ss-2 6spd, you think it will fit??
any info is appreciated... this sux

get the TRD clutch that way if anything happens it's still covered and it's lot better than the stock version..
