Well here is the deal....I just put in the APC EuroClear Tail Lights(Yes they are ricey, but the town and the area I live in there are very very few of these type of tail lights in the area)

Well First thing first, these things flat out suck, the fit sucks, and everything...I blew out a bulb trying to get them in place...

Now the real problem...

I have no brake lights??? When I hit the break there is no change in the brightness of the tail light, and there is no break light when the lights are off.....the upper over the window light comes on, but the tail lights do not work anymore??

The lights, come on when turned on, the binkers work, and the back up lights work...

Could the bulbs be in the wrong slots on the tail light?. Maybe this type of light does not really magnify the bightness of the light? Bad bulbs form replacement of lights, wireing screwed up after replacement?? Etc...

any ideas on this, I need to come up with the problem before I get pulled over by a cop who notices this..

Yo.. since noone is being of any help to you I might as well jump in here. I first of all don't understand how you blew out a bulb trying to install the same tail lights. These would install just the same as any other tail lights. You simply remove the wire harness with the 3 bulbs attached from the lights before removal. As far as re-installation it would be almost impossible to mess this up. The reverse lights are on the bottom at that is the only place the proper bulbs will fit. The only thing that you could mess up on is the signal and tail lights. They both fit into the upper holes exact. I personally put my blinkers on the outside of each lens which I believe is better for safety reasons. If your brake lights are not working, you've either left the one clip unplugged or you've somehow blown the bulb. Please check over your install once again. Also did you use the same bulbs that were in there before, or did you also replace the bulbs along with the lens?
