I have the Koni's on my car, I've been running my car with this settings:

Front: completely hard.
Rear: medium hard sometimes medium.
I have progress springs.

Which bar do you thinks is the most useful for solo's or what combo do you recomend.

Am I ok?

Thanks.

I can't really comment on sway bars, most competitive autocrosses will go through more than 1 to find what suits their driving the best.

As for the Koni's, I'm still playing with them, I haven't seemed to decide on a best setting.

The rears are such a pain to adjust, I haven't ever taken them off of full soft. THe fronts I have tried everything from full soft to full stiff.

The Koni's only adjust rebound so full stiff means the shock compresses and stays there, full soft means you will get compression and much faster rebound to the original position.

Full stiff should result in more grip at the corner you are stiffening.

If you are pushing a lot (understeer) then stiffen the front.

I'm learning these as I go, so other folks please chime in to clear up all the lies I just posted.

In order to save money for things like tires, I have chosen to run my car in a Stock race class.

Stock means no coilover kits.

Shocks, exhaust (cat back) and alignment are the only things allowed. The alignment must only use factory authorized methods.
