ive been having a few problems lately, scanned today and got a P0441 - Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow.... lately whenever I open my gas cap to refill, there is this crazy amount of pressure that escapes as i am unscrewing it... its like opening a 2-liter of shaken coka-cola. is this normal?

Depends how empty it is when you go to fill up, the more empty the more pressure there seems to be, mine does it if i wait to long to fill up.

remember that the gas tank is depressurized.. .which means that when you open the cap its air rusing in not out.... but yes the emptier it is the less the pressure inside the tank and therefore the greater the diff. between in side and outside.

when i drink milk, I develop great amounts of gas. How can I get my emmission control system repaired?

Same thing happens to me when i eat chicken el fredo.
HUGE GAS PRESSURE ... but love it!:thumbup:
