View Full Version : Where To Buy 3.5mm Power Plugs And Jacks?

I need to make an extension cord for the AC power supply for my MP3 player. The plug and jack sizes are 3.5mm OD / 1.35mm (approx) ID. I haven't been able to find a place online that sells these. Any clues?
BTW, the plug looks similar to this:

radioshack has a pretty big assortment in stock.. i needed to get it for my MP3 player when i was connecting it to the AC supply in my house.

They only had the Adaptaplug from above, not the jack it connects to. :(

They also have a version without the male end (I think it is 3 ft.).

Nah, I need the jack that the round part of the plug above goes into. The guy at Radio Shack looked through the store's catalog, and he couldn't find it anywhere. I just hacked up an old walkman that had a jack that fits, so hopefully that will do.
