PM box is full, yet its empty???!!!

I cant guess how to fix this problem...my PM box has been cleared a long time ago, it's completely empty, even when I choose "view all private messages"....yet at the bottom of the main page it says:

(You have 0 unread messages and 71 total messages in all your folders.)

71 ???

...and someone just told me they can't PM me b/c they get a message that my box is full. How do I fix :(

Delete some of the saved messages that you have. The PM function has a certain amount of memory for each person. Even if you have 0 unread messages, you still have 71 messages that you have saved and have not deleted it.

exactly..you prolly have saved sent messages..go through your PM folders..
