Adhesive on dashboard

does anyone know what to use to get adhesive off the dashboard?

dashboard? if i'm understanding correctly, you're talking about the rubber that's in the center storage cubby. anyhow, all i know is that wd40 works great at removing adhesives.

Goo-Gone can be picked up at walmart or most paint stores, it has been safe on everything I have used it on (paint, plastic, rubber etc...)
dab it on and let it sit for 5 minutes then wipe away, I use a cloth and keep flipping to not spread the adhesive around.
Please test it on a small spot first to make sure it does no damage but I have never had a problem.
