I've been back and forth with this whole audio thing, and now I'm at a standstill. I really would like it if I didn't void the warranty on my stereo, but it seems like that's the only thing I'm going to end up doing.. Well, I have a GT-S and it's got the whole premium sound thing. I've looked through the forums, I went to NextCelica.net and asked about that harness for the GT-S.. he doesn't sell em anymore, so I'm stuck. I got a harness from work (Circuit City) and it didn't fit. Prolly the model for the non-premium sound. Anyway, they told me the only way they could do it is splice into the factory wires. This really sucks. I'd much rather stick with the Alpine head unit I bought (CDA-7875) than go back to the factory head unit. Anyone know where I can get that harness anywhere else, or am I just stuck?

no one else made that harness..only the guys on nextcelica did.. so youd have to hardwire it..

I can't beleive Crutchfield still doesn't have one. Has anyone contacted them lately?
Also, why not ask Synkros where he sourced the parts for his and just make one yourself?

you dont have to cut the factory harness off. just strip a little bit of wire off about 2-3 inches from the harness and wrap the new one around it and tape it off.

well unfortunately nobody makes a harness for our cars as of yet-bad thing is they don't have any plans to either...i went all out and have majorly rebuilt my interior and stereo-completely rewiring the car. but what i have wondered is if the plug into the amplifier is the same as a standard yota plug...i threw mine away about a year ago and haven't found anyone willing to let me get the amp out from behind the glove box....the plug in the back of the head unit is the same as a lexus model that also has an amp...hope this helps any questions drop me a line and i'll help you out...don't worry i'm not a hack-own a stereo shop...
