Bought a TRD Clutch from Jay Marks Toyota (a site sponsor): I give them a "B". They said UPS would automatically send me an e-mail with the tracking number, but I never got one. When I called a couple days later they said they'd call back with a tracking number. They never called back. When I called a couple days later they had the tracking number and the clutch had shipped.
Quaife: "B". I wanted them to ship to a different address than the billing address. I even faxed a copy of my DL and Credit card to verify my identity. They took my order and charged the card but did not ship it or call. When I called back a couple days later, they told me that even with my faxed info they still wouldn't ship to an address other than my billing address. So I agreed to have them ship to the billing address. They shipped my order that day and were able to give me a tracking number the next morning. I'm glad they're careful about verifying people's identities but they should have called before charging my card.
WC Toyota: "A+". I sent Edrick an e-mail and he replied a couple days later. Then I called to place the order. I got an email from both UPS and WC Toyota with the tracking number and order confirmation the same day. My order arrived two days later. Two days after that, Edrick e-mailed me to make sure I got the order and everything was good. Now that's great service!
