Need Help!

For some reason my taillights and my licence plate lights stopped working, ive checked the bulbs, and they are fine.
My brake light still works, just the one that stays on at night that dont.
So i thoght there was something wrong with some fuse..

So i went with this TSB so called thing.. for the FUSE BOX DIAGRAM:

NOW , the second diagram is where it shows, TAIL ITS #18.. a 10A fuse, so im guessng replacing that will fix the problem, but my first question is .. WHERE IS THIS FUSE BOX LOCATED< THERS ONE in the engine.,. cant find nothing else..
SEcond question:
Where is the fuse for the licence plate lights, or is it all the same thing?


I would really appreaciate some one.. anybody that can help me with this..

Check the fusebox panel on the side of the center console which is accessible from the passenger side. It's a little door just to the right of the cig lighter. There is a diagram in there that will show you which fuse it is.

Just so you know the "owners manual" has a lot of information in it, it's a good read.

Yeah, i knew the manual has lots of information on this fuse thing. But i cant seem to find it. So i gotta turn to some other resource.
But thanks anyways for the help
