The bleeding is pretty easy.

Get some safety glasses and a 10mm wrench (if memory serves). Get a friend who can listen to directions to help you.
Top off the clutch fluid resivoir and have your friend pump the clutch pedal a bunch of times.
Have him then depress the clutch pedal as hard as he can - tell him not to let up on the pedal no matter what.
Crack the bleed valve on the clutch slave (on the trans) open a bit - some fluid will come spurting out and the pedal will sink to the floor.
Once the fluid flow has stopped tighten the bleed valve and have him take his foot off the clutch and pump again.
Repeat this process as necessary until the stream that comes out is solid fluid with no air bubbles and the pedal is firm.
Be very sure to tighten the bleed valve fully, to top off the fluid, and to clean anyplace the fluid splashed onto.

The hydraulic (brake) fluid used is highly corrosive and no fun to get in your eyes or on your skin more than you have to so please be careful.

Its on the clutch slave - and it is just like doing brakes - its the simplest possibly hydraulic circuit - 2 pistons and a resivoir.
