Without a doubt The Celica is a high rpm car, but given that you rev the car so much and the accessories(Power steering, alternator, A/C, etc) are operated by the spinning belts, will prolong high rpm driving make them malfunction faster?

I'm not really sure if high rpm's will hurt other components. But if you look at the Integra's, Prelude, and Civic's, they all seem to last up to at least 150K miles.

Why do you ask, are you thinking about getting another Celica?

There are many more cars that rev high besides the Celica. I am just wondering whether spinning an alternator, a pump, etc at constant high rpm will do any harm.

Harm is kind of a relative term, continued high RPM usage is certainly not going to prolong their life. That will apply to all aspects of the drive train.
