So, What's up people? Im Shane. 22/m from Memphis, TN. I have been taking the last couple of months deciding what car to get. People who know me, recognize me as a die-hard Nissan Fanatic! I never thought I would buy any other car but a Nissan until, 2 days ago....
Well, two days ago I went out and test drove the new Se-R (sentra Spec V w/175hp). Much to my disappointment the se-r felt very sluggish through 3 and 4 gears. The interior was anything but above average. Really, the only advantages to this car, imo, were the audio fanatic package (Rockfort-Fosgate) and the price (under 20K).
After that horrible expeirence, I went next door to the Toyota Dealership to look at the Celicas. Now, what drew me to this car was the looks but after driving the beast, the looks weren't even the tip of the sword. When I got to the dealership there were NO Celicas on the lot. Luckily, when I got there, there was a truck rolling in with 2 celicas on it. Both were GT's one with Action Package one with out (oh and both were manuals). Blah blah blah... I will get to the point..... He let me test drive it for awhile. Then he told me to take it on the interstate. When I got on the acceloration ramp he said, "Quit being a girl and give it some gas!" So i did!! When I finally got on the expressway I looked down expecting to do 60mph when in actualality I was doing 90mph!!!! That did it for me! Hopefully I will be going back to the dealership next month and picking up my brand new celly!
