View Full Version : Why My car keep rolling back even it is on a flat road...

It happen very offen, but tonight I stop the car and tried to move another car so that I could park my lovely celi colose to my apartment, but when I got out form my celi (engine was on, E-Break wasn't on, Nuture, Flat Road) the car just keep rolling back!
Is this comment? of there is a problem on me or my car?

Why would you get OUT of the car, with the engine ON, and WITHOUT the brake ON? Are you some sort of risk taker? Are you doing a reality TV show?

That`s probably the reason. It`s not an uncommon optical illusion.

There`s a "famous" spot in the Orem Utah area that I once experienced.
You think you are going down a somewhat steep grade. However, stop the car, put it in nutral with the brake off and you will start to roll backwards seemingly uphill. Verry strange!

very good rule of thumb:

if you ever have to step out of the driver seat, pull the e-brake... takes 1/2 second and harmlesss...

you guys stop whoring...
