what are a good pair of bright headlight bulbs for a decent price?

I just bought the PIAA H7 extreme whites for a good price from Auto options.http://www.optauto.com/webstore/product_list.asp?dept=348&last=348 and I just also bought the philips vision plus from http://www.powerbulbs.com/philipsh7.htm. These two are supposed to be the best. Ill let you guys know which i like better when i get them.

The vision plus was rated very high for brightness and longevity but it does not look blue or have that blue/purple look of HID lights. The PIAAs have that HID look but arent as bright as the vison plus. I am going to try it out when I get them and Ill post my reviews.
