i've worked my way from the trunk to take out the rear side panels (rear speaker panels). but when i get there it doesn't seem to come out.
any1 got instructions for these? do i need to take out the seats?

k i popping the door sills was pretty easy
as for the back seats, you mean the fold part (backrest) or the actual seat?
and how many bolts? where would they be located?

You only *need*to remove the back-rests but it will be much easier if you remove the bench as well.
For the back-rests, there's two 12MM bolts on the bottom left and right of each side. Then there's 2 10MM bolts that hold the hinges to the side of the car.
For the bench, it's only held in by two clips along the front. Just run your hands along the front and you'll feel where it clips in. Put your hands on either side and pull up.
It's not really very complicated. Have you looked at it? Once you start taking it out you should be able to figure it out.
Once you have the seats out the side panels just pop off. Be sure to get the seat belts in the right place when you put them back in.
