What do you guys with real carbon fibre parts polish them with? can you use normal car polish on the CF?

yes you can use normal wax on the cf stuff.
apply it by hand and dont use a buffer on it.
treat it as the rest of your paint because its clear coated.

if you want your hood to last a long time i suggest taking it to a body shop and have them clear it... that way you can wax it... also if they use a clear w/ uv protectant it will keep your hood from fading out to like a brown color...

Exactly what slowica said..bring your CF pieces to a bodyshop and have it clear coated. You can still wax your resin coated pieces but the resin will turn yellow with time..
