blue or white under glow kit???

i got a black celi and my whole color scheme is black and white...original right? its actually turning out really cool...i got alot of future plans for it too..includin a mix of colors with a c\f, dark silver, white decal on the sides... with this in mind..do i go blue under glow or white? im really diggin the blue ALOT... but i saw an RX-7 with white and i was like WHOA. so its up in the air.

When you say white, do you mean hyper white? I think that would look pretty dope. It would keep your car matching.

my red neons are always on in my town..... the cops have said that as long as you can't see the bulb itself and it is not an "unusual color" (green/blue/purple/ext.) that it is ok..... but that was just a few out of the many cops out the in my town....

i usually play it safe though......
