18x 7.5 40mm offset with Bridgestone Potenza S-03. What do you guys think? BTW, the car was sort of dirty, so the polished lip on the rim doesn't look that shiny but it is.

The rims only come in silver and gold, but the silver is a little darker than the normal but lighter than gunmetal. No black and not sure on the weight.

well..i dont think they come in gun metal. i haev them in gold also. i got the fattest deal on them. my friend works at volk. i got them for 1250 with out tires. and i got the tires for free since my dad owns a goodyear tire company.=)

Damn dude that is a deal. I payed 1800 rims only the S-03's came out to 740.00 from tire rack. Now I'm tryin to find RAYS anodized blue lugnuts for a finishing touch.

eccentricGTSdvr - The 18x8 should fit now because you can special order custom offsets. When I ordered these they only came in a 18x7.5 +48 and a +40, 18x8 in a +40. I originally ordered the 18x8 +40 but Mackin just sent me 18x7.5 +40 without even consulting with me or the shop I went through first... they just sent the rims and told me they did so because the 18x8 wouldn't fit. BS!!! A lot of people are running 18x8's on celicas . If needed I would've spaced that 3mm if I had to. But oh well can't cry over spilled milk. No gunmetal but the "silver" looks like a dark silver but not quite as dark as gunmetal. Should still look very nice though I think you should go for it.

You know RichGT it's weird how fads go in and out. I went with gold cause I was kinda tired of seeing gunmetal, silver, white and I wanted to be different. I would've went with gold even if my car were white, black, red, carbon blue, hell even green! I felt gold and bronze back in the days when Volk racing wheels were too damn expensive cause there was no U.S dist., back when the TE-37 first came out. People talk about "JDM", most of the tuners in japan rock gold or bronze rims. So I guess that would be considered "JDM" (I hate that term). still it comes down to what YOU want and think'll look tite on your ride. It's all a matter of opinion, and in my opinion your car looks stunna :chuckles: :headbang: but I think you need to get rid of that fuel lid thingy.....JMO;) peace
