Ive noticed when i first got my car and when i did a break stand (i have a Auto GT-S) the revs go up to 2000 and stay there. after awhile it went to 2100. lately ive noticed that its now at 2300-2400 is there something wearing down and should i be worried about this?

i dunno...maybe. you shouldn't hold the revs at 2000-2100 (when that was the highest you could've gone) too long to begin with. just under that is ok cuz the torque converter's spinning. when you hit the stall speed (2000-2100rpm) then it's sending the full load of torque to the wheels and only the brakes are holding them back. so all that energy doesn't just dissipate. it gets sent back up the driveline. mucho stress.

but i dunno if that was a good bad thing or a bad bad thing :D does your car chirp or spin the tires when you launch now?

lucky bastard :) you should go to the track now and see what kind of 60'(s) you can get. if you can get better than 2.5, you've got one (relatively) fast off-the-line sportshift (not spraying that is).
