Walked all over a new V6 Accord.

So I'm driving to New York today to visit family. I'm on 83 north and I notice this Accord doing light speed (VTEC!?) in my rear view. He flies by and I decide it's time to play. It's probably the most interesting car I've seen in about 80 miles. That part of Philly is poor as hell. Anyway I chase this guy going about 85. I follow him a few miles at this speed and he is blowing by all the traffic. I stay about 20 yards behind him. There's a decent amount of traffic up ahead and I usually check for people tapping their breaks (cops).

I blow by this fool at about 100. I slow down to about 85 mph again and I force him to follow me for a mile or so. He passes me again, and at this juncture it's on. I floor it at the top of 3rd and speed shift into 4th.... I pull a few car lengths on him before the top of 4th. OwnZerD! We rinse, lather, and repeat this process about four to five more times just to be sure he's not screwing up in some way.

Later on he lost his mind and started going 120+ mph. I don't play that game! Not on public roads. I draw the line at the top of 4th gear.

In conclusion, I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with the speed of the new Accord. It was definitely a V6 because of the mAd TitE dual exhaust. I pulled on him pretty easy and I had full interior, my sister in the car, and loaded with Christmas cargo and luggage.

oh and by the way! I made it to Syracuse in five hours! According to mapquest it should be a 6 hour 24 minute trip! I went 375 miles in five hours.... one tank of gas. I had no ticks of gas left. :D

The Accord V6 only comes in automatic. Enough said.

Accord V6 must be an AUTOMATIC, no Manual....if its same as here, Canada

Man.....you must be a one hell of a driver ,,,plus your celi must be one of those fast out of the factory ones...plus help of your mods.
I have a stock 5 spd GT and when I raced a V6 coupe Accord I would pull on him about 1/2 car length from 1 st and 2nd gear but once I shift into 3rd, he pulls on me very slowly. I've actually had better luck pulling on Civic Si (canadian SiR). This Accord had at least intake and exhaust.
