View Full Version : s2000 antenna wont fit?

i remove my antenna after i got the s2000 antenna and i try to put the s2000 but it wont screw around , the part that is suppose to be screwed is much shorter on the s2000 antenna and wont stay on place.. anyone knows why?

haha....yes i can help you...this same sh!t happened to me...i did all i could before resorting to SAWS:naughty: ...well what i did was take the antenna unit( thing inside the 1/4 panel) and i sawed the top part of the unit off to make it a shorter trip to the threads....now mine fits fine and still gets great reception!!!

That's funny. I just got my S2000 antenna yesterday. I installed it today, it just screwed right in without any problems.

ok guys if figure it out...had to press it hard down while screwing it at the same time. now it fits perfectly.. Thanks!

From the place where they sell S2000's. I believe Honda? ;)
Or Ebay. It'll run about 20-25 bucs.

www.handa-accessories.com i think? did i spell it right? should be like 15 bucks right? thats where i got mine from...both times..was stolen once. stupid theives.

I had the same problem. just push down harder when you are starting the thread... serious, go try it again
