Well..all I can say is I am VERY disappointed. The car reminds me of an 80's Mercedes and plainly, is ugly as ****.

Yeah, but people are still going to buy them up like hotcakes. Ford will sell them cheap, you'll get a bunch of people who want to be the first on the block with a new car, and people are gonna go for it. I personally am not crazy about they way it looks, but the bigger problem Ford has to deal with, is not their designs, but their damn quality control problems. If they can start cranking out cars that have the same kind of reliability as Buick, Cadillac, and Lincoln, at the same prices they charge now, then there will be a reason to buy a Ford.

A LOT of people share my opinion in that this car is a damned mockery. I can't believe this is what took them so long to design. It's PATHETIC. I'm borderline pissed off at Ford for this POS.

There were A LOT of high hopes for this car being the best Mustang of all Mustang's, etc, and Ford then does this to us..it's almost as bad as when they considered the Probe as the Mustang replacement back in the mid-90's.

The only thing this car has going for it is that when the 99 style came out a lot of people hated it too...and now these days many consider it to be the best looking Stang in a long time.

I just don't see that being the case, however, with this unimaginative pile of design ****.

The concept drawings weren't great, but they had a lot of potential.

I find it hard to believe they would actually put that car into mass production. The last style had potential and they tweaked it until it came out pretty nice. This one is just so god-awful hideous, I wonder if they're playing jokes on us with false bodies until they unveil the real thing as a surprise or something.

Ford may screw up a lot of things, but this would be at the top of the list. I guess we'll find out eventually.

And whoever compared this to a '66, you bet! to say that is insulting an all-time classic. When we turned 16 my best friend got a mint maroon '65 (he was freakin' spoiled), which was one of the most beautiful classic bodies I had ever seen. This "new" style...

not too sure what I think .. however I Do think it looks better than the current mustang. Thing that bothers me is that it is suppose to be a muscle car 260hp V-8?? buy a crate engine from jegs and you get a 500hp engine.

I actually find this Mustang GOOD LOOKING. In fact, the only other Mustangs I liked are the old 68s or the 5.0 90'.
