View Full Version : 94 delsol vtec,99 gsr, 02 gts
we ran about 3-4 times, i would take both of them off the line but the gsr would start pulling past me. in the end the gsr had about 1.5 cars on me and i had about 1.5 cars on the del sol. i only have a removed butterfly valve and the other two cars have cai's. i have the 02 model with the stupid rev limiter so i think my car is slower than previous models...wut ya think?

I think the celica has proven more then capable to take out GSRs. Should'a had them both. That sucks you got jew'd with the Fuel cut off.

nah i cant stay in lift ususally...i have a few times but iono how i did it. i have been practicing and usually i drop to about 58-5900 rpms in my 1-2 shift. but even when i was in lift the gsr was pulling slowly...

Man, just the thought of 7800 rpm fuel cutoff makes me sick. Anyway, get the cai and free flowing exhaust like Kazuma if you want to go all out. I can't guarantee that you will win because of that fuel cutoff but you will have a lot better chance.
