Hey, only a couple of months after putting all my audio stuff from my old car in my celica i decided it wasn't worth the extra weight and had no place in my celi :)
Anyway, when i put the stock headunit back into place, the LEDs that illuminate the LCD would light up, but the LEDs for the buttons wouldn't. I am about 99% sure that the buttons lit up too, but i could be wrong.
I haven't checked for bent pins yet, but i doubt that is the problem (if the light signal wire was bent the LCD LEDs wouldn't turn on).
Anyone else have this problem, any suggestions, or am i just crazzy and there are no LEDs for the buttons :)
Btw, if anyone was wondering here is the laundry list of crap i had weighing me down :)
2x JL 12w3d2 subs in Q-Logic box
JBL bp1200.1 amp (600rms x 2)
2x Lightning 1 farad capacitors
Pioneer 8000R headunit
Pioneer premiere GM-X634 for internals
Pionneer 12 Disc CD-changer
Infinity Kappa Speakers in back, stock fronts (was about to get kappa perfect components)
Optima Yellow-Top
