wooped by a minivan?

i drive a 2002 gts 6spd

and i got wooped by a minivan today? i think he stopped trying after 100km/h

believe it was a montanna or something

but i had 3 other passengers in mycar and he had 1 other passenger. would it make that big of a difference???

Probably you got caught in a wrong gear. Hopefully he didn't think you were racing him. I'll see how Montana will do against your GTS or the track:):) Don't street race, it's not worth it!

Don't worry about it. I have gotten beat by a VW wagon. It was a VR6 or 1.8T but I still got beat. I have 18" rims so I know that made a big difference. You can always make excuses but you still got beat. Just win your next race.

The weight would make a big difference, but not enough to lose to a mini van. It's possable that the mini van wasn't stock. Believe it or not, there is a whole group of people that are into souping up mini vans.

In fact, I have a friend who has a full size Chevy van that he fixed up just for this sort of thing. The van is a big rusty boat and the only reason he purchased it was to build a performance 350 for it so he could drive around in his sleeper van and smoke cocky drivers in sports cars.
