Newbie Q about dials

Is it possible to buy just white coloured faces to stick over stock dials that work without the need for wiring / colour change etc?

are they (the circular controls for fan strength, etc) also supposed to slide out if u pull on it? when i discovered that i could just pull it out, i was kinda shocked.... (wow that is cheap... <IMG SRC="http://www.newcelica.org/ubb/smilies/cwm3.gif" border=0> ) maybe its just me

to answer ur question, i think we need to know what dials... if its the one described above, i think u can just pull them out and paint them... u dont need wiring on them...unless u want them to lite up a different way or something.. hope this helps

Yes it is possible to buy different color gauge faces. Check out the group buy section and search back as far as you can. they had a group buy for ones with orange #'s on a white background, back at the beginning of the summer I think. Search the sponsors section too. NR? and MMR? I think are companies that make them. Good luck.
