Is 10W-30 better for warm weather and for how we drive? The only thing I got was that 5W-30 is better for starting the car in cold weather, but in Florida the coldest weather ever is like 32 degrees. Any more pros/cons?

They're both fine for warmer weather. Not much of a difference between 5w30 & 10w30.

10w-30 is a little thicker and for warmer weather, and 5w-30 is thinner, the recommended oil.
5w-30 is sufficent for year round, all weather. Only time you might want to change to 10w-30 is you have hot weather like 90degree+ everyday or high mileage.
