Throttle lag?

I purchased my celi back in august and noticed there was a kind of lag whenever i went WOT, like the car would hesitate then decide to go. Figuring that the problem would go away with some breathing help, i installed all of my bolt ons and tranny parts and found that the problem is still there. Has anyone else noticed a problem like this, any suggestions on what could be causing it?
