Having Problems w/ Attachments

When I open an attachment picture on nc.org my browser opens it as weird scrambled text instead of a pic. Can anyone help me correct this?

I get the same thing. At least from my computer. I should try from another computer here at work.

Edit: I tried from another computer here at work, and it works. It has to be something on your computer.

happens to me too... dunno what the problem is. it was working fine before, and i didnt change any settings in IE.
