to get the TRD headlight covers professionally painted? with primer applied and exact match paint? expecting around $100+-?

Mine ran $50, but I have a paintshop hookup, so expect to pay between $75 - $100 on average.

It you want to go any cheaper. Then get Bat's vinyl for the headlight. Then you don't have to worry about getting it painted.
