Ok, here's a stupid question. Where's the PCV valve? I went and got a new one, but can't find it. To replace it. I know it's usually sticking out of the valve cover, and it's prob right in front of my face, but I don't see it.

It's on the upper right hand side of the cylinder head, almost behind it. Its got a medium sized black hose coming out of it. I can take a pic from the service manual if you want (I don't have my car right now :( ).

Thanks, I'll take a look tomorrow in the light. I think I may have seen it now that you mention it. If I can remember it's under the plastic facing the rear of the car right on the far right corner.

Ok finally had to chance to look at it in the light, and I still don't see it. I think Toyota gave me the wrong PCV valve, cause I see something that looks like it should be the PCV valve, but it doesn't look like the one Toyota gave me. I'm looking at where the 2 hoses right next to each other go into the intake manifold. Top right front of the engine. Under the plastic and under the foam. The number on the one I have is 12204-88600 anyone know if that's correct? I think it's larger then the one on my car. The one I have fits a 19mm socket, and the part on the car i'm looking at is more like a 10-11mm.

I asked my friend at the dealership. He showed me right where it was. Take off the plastic engine cover. It's on the back right hand corner of the top of the engine if you're standing in front of the car looking at it. It's sideways in the engine screwed in from right to left.
